Susan Casale has been the owner of Elements the Salon Inc. for 7 years. She has been an industry stylist for 19 years. Susan has worked as an educator for Paul Mitchell Systems delivering in-salon education to other stylists. She has worked onstage and backstage at numerous hair shows, preparing models utilizing progressive color techniques.

Susan has traveled extensively to educate herself, learning from stylists and colorists from around the world. Her work has been published in American Salon magazine.
